1. All Sales Are Final – With Limited Exceptions

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has been shipped, except under the circumstances outlined below.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer.
  • Improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will issue a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of:
  • The shipping box
  • Product packaging
  • Any visible damage or labeling issues

3. Lost or Missing Shipments

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

We will issue a replacement or refund after the carrier investigation is completed.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method.
  • As store credit, at our discretion.

Refunds do not include:

  • Shipping costs
  • Customs fees
  • Taxes or duties

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent refusal of future service

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse refund or chargeback systems.
