Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has been shipped, except under the circumstances outlined below.
We do not accept returns for:

- Improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will issue a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of:
- The shipping box
- Product packaging
- Any visible damage or labeling issues

3. Lost or Missing Shipments
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:
We will issue a replacement or refund after the carrier investigation is completed.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost.

Approved refunds are issued:

- As store credit, at our discretion.
Refunds do not include:
- Shipping costs
- Customs fees
- Taxes or duties
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
